| Why is detailing necessary? Your car accumulates numerous particles that can harm the finish. Pollutants, mud, salt, dirt, sand, bugs, tar, rain, sun, etc. are extremely harmful to the paint. Detailing leaves microscopic layers of fine wax particles that provide a deep shine and forming a clear chemical bond that protects the paint and its original clear coat. Detailing guarantees longevity to the paint and retains the value of the vehicle. How often should I have my car detailed? We recommend having your car detailed every four to six months to maximize protection. How often should I wash my car? Washing your car monthly is the minimum recommended frequency. We recommend washing weekly or bi-weekly. We are more than happy to offer hand washing and monthly maintenance programs to make it easier for you to keep up with your car. Why do I need a wax or sealant on my car? Wax and sealants are the only way to protect your vehicle's finish. Rain, acid rain, snow, sunlight, bugs, tar, road grime, pollen, and bird droppings can all eat through your paint. Keeping your car well protected will reduce the chances of these elements harming your car, while providing a glossy finish and shine. Having your car waxed or sealed is no less important than changing your oil. My car is brand new. Do I really need it detailed? Absolutely! New cars have usually been sitting on the lot or have been in transit for months before you drive away with them. New car dealerships rarely carry out full details on new vehicles, so there is a plethora of contaminants in your car's paint. Having your new car detailed will start you off on the right foot and ensure there is a proper layer of wax or sealant on the paint. Ask about our new vehicle protection package! What is the difference between polishing and waxing? Polishing your car is what brings out the depth, gloss and shine for that "wet look" that most car enthusiasts crave. However, polishing adds no protection to your vehicle and in fact, usually strips any previous coat of wax on the paint. For this reason, it is absolutely essential that the car is waxed or synthetically sealed after polishing to "lock in" the polish and protect your car, yielding long lasting protection and shine. RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL CLEANING SERVICES: Will the same person or team clean my house every time? Whenever possible, we prefer to designate a team to a particular customer to ensure familiarity and consistency. However, due to illness or vacations, this is not always possible. From our discussions with you, we develop a Client Profile. It consists of a checklist and description of what work and how that work is to be done. Any of our staff cleaning your home will be fully aware of your profile. If changing teams is unavoidable, you should not see any difference at all. Do you take credit cards? Yes, we accept cash, check, Visa, or MasterCard. Payment is due at the conclusion of our visit, unless you would like to be on a monthly billing cycle. Do you provide a warranty? Yes, Customer Satisfaction is our #1 priority! If there is ever a problem or concern with the job that has been done, please call us ASAP, and we will be more than happy to take care of what ever issue you may have. Even if a re-clean is not necessary, your concerns are helpful in enabling us to meet your expectations. Your business is important to us. We are confident that our strong customer service backgrounds will be an asset in solving any issue to your satisfaction. Do I have to be at home for your visits? It is really up to you. The majority of our customers prefer to leave a key and or garage code with us, and are not at home when we visit. Do you visit on the same day of the week? We will come to an agreement as to what day of the week is best for you and our schedule - for example, every other Tuesday. Our team will arrive no earlier than 8:00 am and finish no later than 5:00 pm. We cannot commit to a regular time as we may have cancellations or additional work that particular day. Although, we do try to accommodate special requests. What about pets? During our on-site visit to generate a quote, we would like to be introduced to your pet. Knowing its name, its character and whether it will be bothered by us working in your house without you being present is important. We need to find a way so the pet is not upset when we visit and at the same time it does not prevent us from doing our job. We have no problem placing your pet somewhere in the house where it will feel safe and comfortable for the duration of our visit. For others, the preference is to just let the pet be. Either way, we are sure we can work out something, just as we have with our existing customers who have pets. Will you remind us prior to your visit? If you wish, we can call you the night before to remind you. We typically do that for our new customers until our visits become part of their routine and it becomes unnecessary. Is a contract necessary? We do not wish to create such an unnecessary stressful situation. Our customers should not be locked into a binding contract with terms and conditions. They should be empowered to cancel our services at any time, for whatever reason, if they feel they wish to. We are confident of the quality and consistency of our work - currently all our customers have complete freedom as they are not under any contract. What if you decide to go on vacation? Please give us as much notice as possible (at least a week prior) and we will gladly suspend our service for the duration of your vacation, if that is what you wish. If you want us to continue, we will be happy to empty the mailbox, switch on or off lights, or whatever else that will make your house look like it is occupied. What if you want more visits correlating to your entertaining schedule particularly around the end of the year holidays? We would be pleased to accommodate you. However, please note that we do have a fixed amount of employees and that is a very busy period. The earlier you can advise us, the more chance we will be successful at assisting you. What if one of our routine visits falls on a holiday? We will be contacting you in advance of the holiday to reschedule. Who supplies the cleaning products? We generally provide all of the cleaning products as it is convenient and cost effective for you. If you wish, we would be pleased to use your own preferred supplies. |
